PLOT
In a converted church in the remote village of Ffestiniog, was found a fresco depicting "The Martyrdom of St. Sebastian", made by Hieronymus Quail, an artist who had earned the nickname "Painter of Agonie "because he painted only dying, representing suffering with unprecedented realism. Many in the country, fear that Quail is back looking for new pictorial ideas ... So, the mayor of Ffestiniog assumes Dylan Dog to investigate the case, but also to demonstrate that the stories are whispered about that damn Quail are just a bunch of lies ...
